Our outbound messaging includes development updates, settlement guides, and key milestone notifications—delivered through a range of channels including email, phone, and our custom-built development portal.

To ensure clear communication across diverse buyer groups, our multilingual team supports five languages: English, Sinhalese, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay.

Settlement Risk Management

We engage in one-on-one conversations with each purchaser. This combinedw with our comprehensive reporting, we accurately assess settlement readiness, including finance approval status. This proactive approach enables us to provide timely support, reducing the risk of settlement delays or defaults.

Finance Broker and Property Management

We work diligently alongside you and your purchasers to ensure a smooth path to settlement. For both local and foreign buyers who may need additional support, we facilitate access to trusted finance brokerage and property management services through our preferred partners.

Valuation Management

We facilitate and manage all valuation bookings, coordinating seamlessly between the Developer, Builder, and Valuer to streamline the process.

Our team provides each valuer with a tailored Valuation Pack containing key project insights to support informed and accurate assessments. We closely monitor valuation outcomes and assess purchaser finance readiness to identify any potential risks early.

Leveraging our extensive industry experience, we also provide strategic guidance around valuations to assist with achieving the best possible outcomes for your purchasers and support a smooth path to settlement.

Pre-settlement and Defect Inspections

For many purchasers, this will be their first new build, and the defect inspection process can feel unfamiliar and overwhelming. Often, it is the first time they see the building since purchasing off the plan, making it a momentous occasion.

Our team will facilitate the pre-settlement inspections and document any issues identified directly onto the Builder's platform. We will also address any questions the purchasers may have and explain next steps in the journey to provide confidence to purchasers as they progress towards settlement. 

Client Defecting Solution

We are also uniquely positioned to provide client defecting services. Through our extensive experience conducting purchaser inspections, we’ve developed a sharp eye for identifying cosmetic defects and understand exactly what purchasers are likely to notice during their pre-settlement inspection. This proactive approach helps ensure the units are presented defect-free, leaving your purchasers with a positive first impression and enhancing their overall settlement experience.

Key Collection and Post Settlement Support

We manage and facilitate key collection, ensuring a smooth and organised handover for purchasers. Our team liaises with Strata and Building management to support a seamless transition into the property. We also guide purchasers through the moving-in process and assist with addressing any future defects, providing peace of mind and ongoing support well beyond settlement.
