Settlement Risk Management

Valuation Management

We manage and coordinate all valuation bookings, working closely with the Developer, Builder, and Valuer to ensure a streamlined and efficient process.

Each valuer receives a tailored Valuation Pack with key project insights to support accurate, well-informed assessments. We monitor valuation outcomes closely and assess purchaser finance readiness to identify and mitigate risks early.

Drawing on our industry experience, we provide strategic guidance throughout the valuation process to help achieve optimal outcomes and maintain a smooth path to settlement.

Finance Broker and Property Management

We work collaboratively with you and your purchasers to ensure a clear pathway to settlement.

Where additional support is required particularly for foreign or first-home buyers, we facilitate introductions to trusted finance brokers and property management providers within our preferred partner network.

Pre-Settlement Inspections

For many purchasers, this is often the first time they see the completed property since purchasing off the plan—making it a significant milestone.

Our team brings extensive hands-on experience to the pre-settlement inspection process. We facilitate all inspections efficiently, document identified items directly onto the Builder’s platform, and guide purchasers clearly through next steps. Key Collection and Post Settlement Support

We manage and faciliate key collection to ensure a smooth, organised handover, welcoming purchasers to their brand-new home developed by your brand.

Our team works closely with Strata and Building Management to facilitate a seamless move-in, providing support and guidance to make the transition into their new property effortless.

Client Defecting Solution

We are also uniquely positioned to provide client defecting services. Through our extensive experience conducting purchaser inspections, we’ve developed a sharp eye for identifying cosmetic defects and understand exactly what purchasers are likely to notice during their pre-settlement inspection. This proactive approach helps ensure the units are presented defect-free, leaving your purchasers with a positive first impression and enhancing their overall settlement experience.
